Green & White Detox

After a weekend filled of unhealthy treats my body is on the fritz! 
It's time for some serious detoxing!!!
That being said, I only eat it if it's green or white! 
 
Green:
Any green veggie, double or even triple your serving in place of your starch and a larger serving of protein.
 
 
White- Egg whites, white fish, or chicken.  4oz per serving
 
Lots and lots of lemon water!!!!
 
 
After 5 days you will feel 100% better and lighter!  Go Green & White
