Zucchini Margarita Pizza

This little recipe is officially my new addition!  Sooooo delicious, so good for you... under 200 calories and you can eat tons of it!

Give it a whirl!

What you need:
Zucchini
Roma Tomatoes
Basil
Garlic
Red Onions
(1) Can of Diced Tomatoes with Basil and Oregano
Part Skim Mozzarella

Directions-
Thinly slice your zucchini and place it in a baking pan covering it


Broil each side till lightly brown

Top with can of diced tomatoes, sliced roma tomatoes, sliced red onions, chopped basil & fresh garlic, sliced red onions.


Broil again with all the toppings for about 5 minutes or until sliced romas and onions have softened.


Top with part skim shredded mozzarella cheese and broil for another 5min
